Badge It! By Bandai - Review

We were recently asked if we would like to review the multi award winning Badge It! by Bandai, of course we said yes what kid doesn't like badges?!
We received the Badge it! machine and 2 fabulous refill packs too.
The Badge It! Machine comes boxed with 15 metal badge sets ready to make your badges. In the badge sets you receive images, metal badges, pin backs for the badges and the transparent seals. The badges are 3cm wide. The instructions are easy to follow and it's incredibly great fun! We went to my parents house so Bethany (age 3) and my little brother Tommy (age 10) could make the badges together (I also had a little go).
The Badge it! machine itself is Purple and a great size for smaller hands.
The first step to make your badge is to choose your image you like (you can also create your own using photos and in the box is a tool you can use to cut to the exact size needed).
Then you insert the metal badge top, your chosen image and the transparent seal into draw 1.
Then you push the draw in until it clicks. Next you turn the dial clockwise (this was Bethany's favourite part), when the indicator on the side of the machine reaches position 1 keep tightening it until you hear the machine clicking.
Next you need to turn the dial counter clockwise until the indicator turns back to the start position.
Then turn the badge machine around, whilst holding the grip pull out drawer 2 until it clicks. place the badge bottom into the draw making sure it faces the correct way!
Slowly push drawer 2 back in until you hear a click and it doesn't go any further. Turn the dial clockwise again until it starts clicking and the indicator is at position 2, and then counter clockwise until the indicator is back to the start.
While holding the handle pull out drawer number 2 to see your fantastic badge creation.
Don't forget to attach your safety pin by inserting the tab into the metal hole on the back of the badge!
Bethany and Tommy literally had hours of fun making their badges with the badge it! machine. The badges are really good quality and don't fall apart which is great.
The Badge it! machine is recommended for ages 6 plus, but if your child is younger like Bethany, with a bit of help (from Tommy) your child can still enjoy making their very own badges.
You can purchase your very own Badge it! machine here for £20.00.
You can also purchase refill packs for the badge it! machine which come with 30 badge sets and images in a pack for £9.00.
