Introducing Upbeat! The high protein fresh dairy drink, that’s no more than 150 calories and also low in fat. It’s made with real fruit and tastes great.
We were recently sent some vouchers to go and pick up our very own Upbeat drinks.
So off I went to Tesco and came back with 1 bottle of Strawberry and 1 bottle of Blueberry & Raspberry.
99% of Upbeat is made from just three ingredients – fresh whey protein, fruit puree and fruit juice from concentrate.
I love the fact upbeat is only 150 calories, as I am on slimming world I can still drink upbeat at just 7 syns per bottle.
It's also really convenient to be able to pick it up ready made in the bottle! There's nothing worse than not having enough time to make your shake from scratch!
So first I tried the Strawberry flavour. I found it incredibly creamy and packed full of flavour, without that horrible after taste some protein drinks leave.
Ben tried out the Blueberry & Raspberry flavour and said it was incredibly fruity, and great to have handy after a work out at the gym with its high protein.
Ben definitely benefits from the Upbeat drinks more than me due to his daily gym work outs.
Upbeat is made by The Good Whey. Available from Tesco, Ocado, Holland & Barrett, The Co-operative Food and WH Smiths, RRP: £1.79 per bottle.
